Create a JOB POST.

Create a job post by identifying details about the job.

  • TAG ROLES/SKILLS: Select required skills and roles for the job. Members with matching skills may apply through the system.

  • CONTRACT TYPE/LOCATION/PAY RATE: List what type of contract, location and pay rate (range).

  • IDENTIFY BACKGROUND: Identify any details about the individual you are seeking, including gender, race, cultural background, sexual orientation, and more, so you can ensure your job search is inclusive and extends to everyone who might match your project.

  • CUSTOM FORM: Create a customized form for specific questions you want the applicant to consider. Allow them to enter text, dropdown choices, or upload files.

  • INCLUDE DOWNLOAD LINK: Provide a download link for any materials you want the applicants to download. For example, include a link to the sides for your audition, or other material you want them to read.

  • PREVIEW & PUBLISH: You can preview the form questions and then preview the job post. Once you are happy you can publish for approval. Once approved it will appear in the SearchGrid and Job Posting list for members to view and apply.

  • NO-FEES: There is no fee to post a job. No fee for applicants to apply.

REVIEW SUBMISSIONS

  • CREATE SUB-FOLDERS: Create sub-folders in your project so you can sort the submissions.

  • MAKE A CUT: Move candidates to the roles you are considering them for by moving them to named sub-folders, allowing you to easily see the remaining contenders at-a-glance.

  • VIEW MATERIALS: Review any candidates self-tapes, resume, headshot, and answers to your form questions.

  • MAKE PRIVATE NOTES: Make private notes as you review materials to remind you about each candidate

  • COLLABORATE WITH YOUR TEAM: You can share your folders and notes with other members on your team (via URL link) so they can see your notes and add their own.

  • MESSAGE CANDIDATES: Use messaging system to send callback information to candidates.

  • MAKE OFFER: When you’re ready, make the offer and notify the candidate they got the job to allow them to accept.
